Federal Center South Building, Seattle, completed 2012. This LEED Platimum project has over 3 acres under irrigation. The site includes rain gardens, natural meadow areas, atrium plantings, and lawns. Drip irrigation and high-DU sprinklers were specified to use water as efficiently as possible. Dune Peninsula at Point Definance Park, Tacoma, WA. This 11 acre addition to the park included extensive lawn and native plant areas, and steep slopes. It opened to the public in July of 2019. Landscape Architect: SiteWorkshop

Ten Trails Development, Black Diamond, WA. A very large master-planned with thousands of acres of parks and open spaces. Resource ISWP has been working closely with the contractor on a design-build effort to irrigate not only the open spaces, but streetscapes as well. The result is dozens of separate systems, all utilizing real time weather sensors and central control. Construction is on-going. Contractor: Pacific Landscape Management.

Holyrood Cemetery, Shoreline, WA. This is a complex design-build system, utilizing two wells, state-of-the-art pumping systems, and sophisticated controller technology. We worked closely with the contractor and owners to irrigate this 74 acre park. Project was completed in spring of 2020. Contractor: Ohno Construction.

Dexter Yard, Seattle, WA. This two-towered, high rise office and retail space development will open in 2021. A complex project, featuring landscaping in the right-of-way, upper terrace levels, and roof tops. All need irrigating. Resource ISWP worked closely with the plumbing engineers to provide water to the areas in question. Architect: SKB Architects. Landscape Architect: GCH.

Island Residence. Located on an island in the Salish Sea, this project features 2000 gallon and 38,000 gallon rain water cisterns, two pump sytstems, and sophisticated control systems to irrigate this approximately 2 acre property. System was installed in spring of 2020. Landscape Architect: Allworth Design.
